About Me
Yasser Rodriguez MD, MBA
Founder and CEO
Dr. Yasser Rodriguez is a Harvard-trained Cardiac Electrophysiologist and physician entrepreneur dedicated to helping fellow physicians achieve financial freedom through passive, tax-efficient commercial real estate investments.
When Dr. Rodriguez completed his training, he faced $386,000 in student loan debt — a financial burden familiar to many physicians. Despite a thriving medical career, he quickly realized that traditional investing and long work hours alone weren’t the path to lasting wealth or time freedom.
Seeking a better way, he began investing in single-family homes, eventually discovering the scalability and efficiency of commercial multifamily real estate. That journey led to the creation of Cardia Real Estate Investments, a firm that partners with vetted national operators and co-invests alongside physicians to deliver high-performing, tax-advantaged opportunities.
Dr. Rodriguez continues to practice medicine full-time, driven by his passion for patient care, while empowering other physicians to create intergenerational wealth and reclaim control over their financial futures.
He has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and abstracts, and was recognized by Medtronic as one of the nation’s emerging leaders in Electrophysiology — an honor awarded to only 16 electrophysiologists each year.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Rodriguez now resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and three children. Outside of medicine and real estate, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and attending live music performances
