3) If you are investing as an individual, LLC, IRA, Trust

4) Once you submit, you will receive a SAFE note from CARTA - follow the instructions via the investor portal.

Investments will be handled on a first-come first-serve basis. FDA submission is planned for early Q3 2027 and approval with market launch Q4 2027.
