McDonough Project

The McDonough project was added to our portfolio in 2024. It is a 240 unit multi-family apartment complex that was built in 1997. The average rent is $1,408 with a high occupancy rate. It was purchased from a motivated seller, there was little to no deferred maintenance. There is a layered value-add strategy over the next several years with a target exit of 5 years.
